Orz Tiles is an interactive digital mosaic made up of user-editable tiles. Each tile can be customized with images, text, or links by users who hold a valid access code. Ownership and pricing of tiles may change over time according to the platform’s internal rules.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Orz Tiles. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the content, images, and links you submit. By contributing, you grant Orz Tiles a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute your content as part of the Service.

Users must not upload or publish material that:

• Contains nudity or sexually explicit material;
• Promotes or depicts violence, criminal activity, or self-harm;
• Encourages hatred or discrimination of any kind;
• Includes harassment, defamation, or invasion of privacy;
• Infringes copyright, trademarks, or other rights;
• Contains misleading, harmful, or malicious content;
• Is otherwise inappropriate for a public digital space.

Violations may result in removal of content or loss of tile access. Repeated or serious breaches may lead to permanent suspension.

4. Moderation and Enforcement

Our moderation team reserves the right to remove or modify any content, revoke tile access, or take other actions at its discretion without prior notice. Persistent offenders may be permanently banned.

5. Pricing and Ownership

Tile prices are dynamic and subject to change. The owners of Orz Tiles reserve the right to modify the pricing or ownership rules of any tile at any time without prior notice. All transactions are final.

Once a tile is purchased by a new owner, any previous access code holders for that tile lose their access rights and are not entitled to any refund, credit, or compensation of any kind. Additionally, access codes are the sole means of ownership verification — if a user loses their access code, it cannot be recovered, restored, or replaced by the platform under any circumstances.

6. No Guarantees or Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Orz Tiles makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding its reliability, availability, or suitability for any purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orz Tiles, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be handled under the exclusive jurisdiction of Spanish courts.
